KHARKHORUM INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL-2023

 In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the 2023 edition of the "KHARKHORUM" International Film Festival proudly announces its theme: "HUMAN RIGHTS-75". This significant milestone, commemorating the adoption of a declaration advocating for universal respect, equality, and non-discrimination, holds particular significance for Mongolia, which has championed these principles since its accession to the United Nations in 1961.

The inaugural edition of the "KHARKHORUM" International Film Festival -2023, themed "HUMAN RIGHTS-75," is dedicated to showcasing the finest films centered around human rights and equality. Collaborating closely with the Mongolian National Human Rights Committee, the Ministry of Culture, and other esteemed organizations, this festival endeavors to present a compelling array of films that address these vital themes to audiences worldwide.
